As the seasons change, some of us become sensitive to pollen, animals, etc. It's weird - I never struggled with seasonal threats until I lived in Austin and learned about "Cedar Fever". In Montana, I think it's the blooming of the Cottonwoods that get me...and sometimes pet dander.
Essential oils provide incredible support during these times! First, there's a product called TriEase - Lemon, Peppermint and Lavender in a softgel. Just taking one of these can help me so much!
When most triggers are floating in the air, I like to create a special blend in all of my diffusers, too. Combine 2-3 drops each of Lemon, Peppermint, Lavender, Rosemary and Douglas Fir. I've also heard of people adding Breathe, Melaleuca and/or Blue Tansy for additional support. If you prefer to create a roller bottle, combine 5 drops of each oil in a 10 mL bottle; top off with fractionated coconut oil. Apply over sinuses and chest, as needed.
I hope these ideas can bring you some relief this spring! Let me know if you have any questions, or would like more information on getting these oils at wholesale.
