Banana Peanut Butter Oat Bars

Are you looking for something healthier to snack on? These bars really hit the spot...and have just enough sweetness to make it feel like a treat!

4 ripe bananas

1 1/2 cups peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon vanilla

1-2 drops Cassia essential oil

2 1/2 cups oats

1 cup finely chopped pecans

Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well. Add in oats and nuts.; stir until mixed we’ll. Pour into a parchment-lined 9x13” baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut into bars and allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
