Creating a ritual for your evenings can actually help you get better quality sleep. And it doesn't have to be super detailed! Here are some suggestions:
🌙 Stop using your phone/computer/tablet at least one hour before bedtime (this will help your brain start to relax).
🌙 Make a cup of tea. Sometimes, just the process of steeping tea can be a calming ritual.
🌙 Turn down your sheets...spray your pillows with a soothing spray like this one: 10 drops Lavender, 5 drops Roman Chamomile, 5 drops Vetiver combined in a 3 ounce glass spray bottle. Top off with water. Shake well before use and spray over your pillows.
🌙 Rub a calming essential oil (like Roman Chamomile, Cedarwood, or Lavender) into the bottom of your feet.
