Boost Your Immunity....With Pancakes!

I think breakfast is my favorite meal of the day...especially on the weekend, when I have more time to actually make something! Pancakes are definitely a go-to in my household, and I love it when I find new recipes to try. This particular one creates a hearty pancake, but it's really yummy!

2 ripe bananas 1 cup oatmeal 1 cup flour 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt 3/4 cup milk 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 drop Cinnamon Bark essential oil 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional) 1/4 cup Canola oil 2-4 drops On Guard essential oil blend

Mash bananas in medium mixing bowl; mix in yogurt, eggs, milk, canola oil, vanilla and On Guard. In large mixing bowl combine oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, Cinnamon Bark essential oil, and pecans. Mix well.

Spray griddle with non-stick spray. Using a small ladle, scoop mixture to griddle. Cook on medium to high heat. Watch for bubbles to appear; flip and cook until browned.
