Caffeinated Smoothie

You know those mornings, when you're running behind and just don't seem to have time to make breakfast?! I had that happen earlier this week. I threw together this super easy smoothie, though, and was full all morning...and the coffee helped provide an extra boost of energy!

3/4 cup cold brew or chilled coffee 1 frozen banana 3 ice cubes 1/4 cup oats 1 tablespoon almond butter 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds 1 scoop Slim & Sassy Vanilla TrimShake

Combine all ingredients in your blend; mix well.
