Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
I love breakfast foods! And for me, breakfast is an important part of my day. I just don’t always have the time or ambition to do it properly. Overnight oats, though, have saved me on many occasions! I love this recipe because of the flavor boost from the carrots!
1 cup oats
1 1/2 cups nut milk of choice
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup shredded carrots
3 tablespoons raisins
2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 drop Cinnamon Bark essential oil
1/4 teaspoon allspice
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Shake well. Put in the fridge for at least two hours, but preferably overnight.
