Turkey thighs (can substitute chicken)
4 tablespoons cooking oil
1 onion, diced
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 bunch spinach, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup cream
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 drop Black Pepper essential oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Tenderize the turkey and season with salt and pepper. Heat 3 tablespoons cooking oil in a cast iron skillet. Add turkey, skin side down, and cook until crispy (about 20 minutes). Turn meat over and finish cooking. Set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil on medium. Add onions and cook until translucent. Add tomatoes and spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and add cream, stirring. Once cream starts to thicken, slowly stir in Parmesan cheese and add the Black Pepper essential oil. Serve the turkey with the alfredo sauce, atop a bed of fettuccine noodles.
