Face Mist

As a teenager, and even into my 20's and 30's, I never really did much for my face besides wash it. Anything more than that felt like it took too much time and made my skin break out more. Since moving to Montana, and now that I'm in my 40's, I spend a bit more time taking care of my skin. The Bozeman area is so dry, and being at 4400' elevation means the sun is more intense...so I want to do as much as I can to look as young as I can! That usually means moisturizing, cleansing and supporting cellular repair.

This face mist is so helpful for all of that! It's moisturizing, the essential oils are really supportive for skin and anti-aging, and it smells amazing!!

2 teaspoons Jojoba

2 teaspoons Rosehip Seed oil

5 teaspoons Pomegranate Seed oil

10 drops Frankincense

5 drops Geranium

5 drops Lavender

5 drops Copaiba

5 drops Myrrh

5 drops Blue Tansy (optional)

5 dorps Yarrow|Pom

Combine in a 2-ounce spray bottle. Top off with water. Spray on face every morning and evening. For added benefit, follow up by using a jade roller to work the mixture into your skin.
