Do you have a gratitude practice? This is a concept I originally heard from Amanda Frances, but have since heard from a number of sources...get a journal (mine is silver sparkles) and write in it every day. The goal is to list at least 5 things you're grateful for, and 5 things you desire in your life. I try to do this first thing in the morning, but there's also benefit to writing these down just before bed (it helps your brain focus on positive things while you're sleeping).
Another step I take, to help me be grateful for the incredible blessings in my life, is to use this Gratitude spray throughout the day.
20 drops Bergamot 20 drops Wild Orange 10 drops Siberian Fir 5 drops Frankincense 5 drops Clove 2-3 drops Geranium
Combine in a 4 ounce spray bottle; top off with water. Shake and spray on face, chest and neck.
