Matcha Love

As the weather gets warmer, I try to switch over to tea more than coffee. This recipe provides the right amount of cozy...but with a bright flavor!


1 tablespoon matcha powder

1 cup almond milk

2 tablespoons honey

1 drop Ginger essential oil


Put milk in a small saucepan and heat until warm. Once it reaches desired temperature, add matcha and gently whisk. Remove from heat. In a separate bowl, combine honey and Ginger; mix well. Add honey to match mixture. Continue to whisk until frothy.
