Melt the Fat

It's been a rough couple of months, as far as exercise (lack of) and eating (too much). My midsection could use a little help... You, too?!

This particular combination of oils is great for reducing cravings, reducing the appearance of cellulite, supporting your metabolism, and helping to shed fat cells. Obviously, adding more exercise, drinking more water and reducing food intake will help, too!

30 drops Cinnamon Bark 30 drops Grapefruit 30 drops Lime 30 drops Slim & Sassy

Combine in a 30 mL dropper bottle and top off with fractionated coconut oil. Massage into areas that are holding onto fat.

**These oils may cause photosensitivity, so please don't apply in areas that will be exposed to the sun (or a tanning bed) within 12 hours of application.
