Mixed Berry Croissant Bake

I probably should have posted this recipe before the weekend...so make sure you put this aside for your next lazy morning! Talk about a simple, delicious breakfast! Let me know when you make it....and what you think!

3 cups cubed croissants 2 cups fresh berries 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup milk 2 drops Cassia or Cinnamon Bark essential oil 2 drops Lemon or Wild Orange essential oil

Fill your large casserole dish with cubed croissants; add berries. In a small bowl, mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over the croissant mixture. Allow to soak for 20 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar to serve.
