If you don’t know, I have a wicked sweet tooth! The nice thing is that it doesn’t have to be something bad for me. These bars are a yummy, healthy treat!
Melt the peanut butter, coconut oil and honey in a microwave-safe bowl. When combined, stir in the oats and essential oil. Press into the bottom of a glass baking dish or brownie pan (size depends on how thick you want the bars to be). Refrigerate for at least one hour.
