Peach Caprese Salad

I love the fresh flavors of summer foods! And when I can find the perfect peach, that is juicy and sweet, I just have to find ways to enjoy it. This Peach Caprese Salad is a surprising combination of sweet, salty and crunchy...


3 peaches, sliced in rounds

8 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced in rounds

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered

1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Olive oil

Basil essential oil

Sea salt, to taste


Arrange the peaches and mozzarella on a plate. Top with tomatoes and almonds. -

For the basil olive oil, I like to make a little bit to have on hand. Start with 1/4 cup olive oil. Dip a toothpick in the bottle of Basil essential oil; swirl toothpick in olive oil to achieve desired intensity. Drizzle over the salad. Sprinkle sea salt on salad, to taste.
