Take a little time to pamper yourself this weekend! With the weather turning nicer, I find myself wanting to be barefoot...or at least wearing sandals. Doing a foot scrub helps to remove dead skin cells, as well as smoothing out some of those rough spots. Finish it off with a home pedicure and you’ll feel so much better!
1 cup sugar (white or raw work well)
1/2 cup coconut oil
10-15 drops Peppermint essential oil
Natural green food coloring, if desired
Mix all ingredients together. Store in an airtight glass jar. Use 1-2 tablespoons per foot. Rinse with warm water.
