Pumpkin Oatmeal

As the mornings get cooler, I love to add a hot bowl of oatmeal back into my breakfast options. This time I decided to create a pumpkin option, and it turned out so yummy!


1 1/2 cups milk of choice

2 cups water

1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats

1/2 cup pumpkin purée

1 tablespoon maple syrup

3 drops On Guard


Add milk and water to pan; bring to a simmer. Add oats and pumpkin. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add On Guard and maple syrup. To serve, top with sliced bananas, pecan pieces, dried cranberries and:or a drizzle of syrup.
