Last week I completed the Whole30. For as difficult as it was, I feel so much better! Towards the end, I was craving a beverage with a bit more flavor....and I found this recipe!
1/4 cup raspberries
1/2 lemon, squeezed
12 ounces sparkling water
1 toothpick (up to 1 drop) Rosemary essential oil
Muddle raspberries in the bottom of your glass. Add Rosemary essential oil and lemon juice; stir to combine. Top off with ice cubes and water. Enjoy!
