Reduce Sugar Cravings

I've noticed, lately, that I crave sugary foods more...gotta love all those holiday treats! While I love the taste (most of the time) of these foods, I don't necessarily like how I feel afterwards. And, have you noticed, that once you give in to those cravings you feel like you just want more??? That's how I get.

To help combat those cravings, you can breathe in the aroma of certain essential oils. The bonus of this combination is that it also boosts your energy...in a matter of minutes!

For your diffuser: 3 drops Peppermint, 2 drops Grapefruit, 1-2 drops Lemon

Another option is to pre-make the blend in a dram. Apply 1-2 drops to your palms, cup over your nose and take 3-5 deep belly breaths. Use whenever needed.
