Sore Muscle Soak
When the sun shines, I tend to want to get out and play. Sometimes I overdo it, though, and my muscles get tired and achy. One of my favorite ways to work through the stiffness is to soak in the tub. Here's a magical combination of oils and epsom salt to help speed up the muscle recovery:
1 cup epsom salt 2 drops Black Pepper 2 drops Peppermint 3 drops Lavender 3 drops Juniper Berry
I recommend soaking for 30 minutes... Enjoy!
