Soreness Relief

A while ago, while we were hiking, I fell during our descent...and landed on my knee. It was swollen and sore for a few days. I used this incredible combination of oils because they are soothing, oxygenating, anti inflammatory and really help to promote healing. I applied directly to the area that was sore, every few hours.

5 drops Blue Tansy

5 drops Lemongrass

10 drops Frankincense

10 drops Copaiba

10 drops Marjoram

Combine in a 10 mL roller bottle; top off with fractionated coconut oil.

At night, I also applied Deep Blue Rub after the roller blend. It helped to heal my knee so much quicker!
